Are you growing or are you standing still?

10 years ago I was definitely not the woman I am today.

I woke up today reflecting on the past 10 years—the things I’ve done, the experiences I’ve had, the places I’ve lived and visited , the incredible people I’ve met , and the solid friendships and support network I’ve co-created along the way.

But more than anything, I woke up in deep gratitude for who I have become.

✨For the gifts I’ve cultivated.

✨For the layers I’ve shed.
✨For the beliefs I’ve transformed.
✨For the wounds I’ve healed and transmuted.
✨For the courage to follow my intuition, even when the path was uncertain.

It hasn’t always been easy. It hasn’t always been fun. There have been bumps in the road, moments of doubt, moments of fear.

But when I look back, I’m in awe—not just of what I’ve achieved, but of who I’ve become through it all.

Because life isn’t just about achieving. It’s about becoming.

And I honor my courage to follow through, despite the fear, the uncertainty, the “what ifs.”
